Go live in under 15 minutes

Follow these five steps to configure your property, set up rooms, invite staff, and start accepting reservations.

STEP 01

Create Your Account

Start your 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You'll verify your email, accept our terms, and land straight into the onboarding wizard.

  • Enter your name, email & property name
  • Verify your email with a 6-digit code
  • Accept terms & conditions
  • Create a secure password
STEP 02

Configure Your Property

Tell us about your property — type, location, contact details, timezone, and currency. This information powers invoices, booking engines, and guest communications.

  • Property type (hotel, hostel, resort, B&B, etc.)
  • Address, timezone & currency
  • Contact email & phone
  • Optional: website & logo upload
STEP 03

Set Up Rooms & Rates

Define room types with base rates, max occupancy, and categories. Then assign room numbers, floors, and views. Bulk import available for large properties.

STEP 04

Invite Your Staff

Role-based access control lets you invite front-desk agents, housekeeping managers, accountants, and more — each with tailored permissions.

Choose a Plan & Go Live

Select a subscription plan during onboarding, then flip the switch and start accepting reservations from your website, OTA channels, or walk-ins.
