Stay Quora pricing starts at $29/month for the Starter plan (up to 20 rooms). Professional is $79/month (100 rooms), Business is $149/month (500 rooms), and Enterprise is $299/month (unlimited). Annual billing saves up to 17%. All plans include a 30-day free trial.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan includes a full 30-day free trial with no credit card required. You get complete access to all features in your chosen tier.
Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade immediately or downgrade at the end of your billing cycle — all from within the platform with no manual steps.
Does Stay Quora charge per room?
No. Pricing is a flat monthly fee per plan tier, not per room. Each plan supports a maximum room count, but you pay the same price whether you have 1 room or the plan maximum.
What payment methods are accepted?
We support Stripe (global), Flutterwave and Paystack (Africa), Razorpay (India), Square (UK/US/AU), and PayPal. Multi-currency billing is available on Business and Enterprise plans.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
None. No setup fees, no implementation costs, no minimum contract. Plans are month-to-month by default with an optional annual discount.
What addons are available?
Optional addons include Spa & Wellness, Restaurant & POS, Laundry Management, Inventory & Procurement, and Advanced Analytics — each available at an additional monthly fee on top of any plan.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is charged once per year and saves up to 17%. Starter: $290/yr ($24/mo effective), Professional: $790/yr ($66/mo), Business: $1,490/yr ($124/mo), Enterprise: $2,990/yr ($249/mo).
